“Insightful, rejuvenating and one-of-a-kind,” that’s how participants of the recently delivered Resilient Leadership training described it.

Developed with the support of CERIC, the resilient training was designed for leaders at all levels in career development. Next deliveries take place in Vancouver on September 23 and 24, and in Toronto on October 17 and 18.

Created by Crystal Dolliver and Joanne Stuart of Northern Lights Canada, the two-day training features personal assessments, activities and tools for increasing resilience and team health. Interested leaders can visit www.lightsonlearning.ca to hear what participants are saying about the program and to register.

“I’ve rarely participated in a workshop that engaged me fully for two solid days and made me feel energized and excited to bring what I’d learned back to my co-workers.” Michelle Lepitre, Sherbrooke, Quebec.

The program is offered at the special rate of $500 and leaders travelling to attend the delivery may apply for a financial bursary. To find out more about the bursary program or the course, e-mail Crystal Dolliver at cdolliver@northernlightscanada.ca or call her at 1.800.361.4642.

Due to interest in this course from career practitioners, a course will also be available later this year for career practitioners who would like to explore their own resilience and ways of supporting and assisting others.
