CERIC’s most recent literature search explores Qualitative Assessment Techniques for Career Counsellors. Assessment is an important part of career counselling, however, until recently, assessment has taken a mainly quantitative approach. New resources are now being developed to focus on the qualitative side of assessment.

The literature searches feature comprehensive listings of key research and articles in career development, highlighting critical points of current knowledge.
