CERIC is partnering for the first time with the Canadian Association of Career Educators and Employers (CACEE) to offer a special 3-part webinar series on Measuring and Managing Performance-Based Outcomes in Post-Secondary Career Centres, presented by renowned consultant and trainer Sarah Delicate.

Post-secondary career services are under increased pressure to demonstrate value, justify their service, and align to the needs of the broader institution, whether university or college. Combined with a greater demand for accountability and transparency, there has never been a more important time to measure and manage the performance of career services. As an expert in performance measurement in the employment sector, Delicate will tackle some of the tough questions regarding performance measurement in post-secondary career centres.

The webinar series includes:

  • Session #1: Performance Measurement and Management Frameworks (PMMF) – What Are They and Why You Need One, Thursday, November 10, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET
  • Session #2: How to Build Your PMMF: Figuring Out What to Measure and How to Measure It, Thursday, November 17, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET
  • Session #3: Implementing Your PMMF and Telling Your Performance Story, Tuesday, November 22, 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm ET

The cost to register for the series is $119 for CACEE members and $159 for non-members.
