CERIC is pleased to be working with the Association of Career Professionals (ACP) International to once again present an event that will inform practitioners about the best new tactics, trends and techniques in career development.

The event is titled “Talent Turbulence” and takes place in Toronto on Tuesday, April 16, from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm. It is being organized in the popular “cracker barrel” format where participants circulate among a series of facilitated discussions at different tables throughout the evening.

Discussions will explore various aspects of the changing economic and demographic factors reshaping Canada’s landscape, including an aging population, rapid changes in technology, and the strong demand for skilled trades people in the labour force. The need for career practitioners to expand their skills, competencies and overall adaptability to ease the challenges associated with this “talent turbulence” for clients will also be addressed.
