Keturah Leonforde’s background has spanned more than 20 years of HR leadership in the area of people, process and program development. Having worked progressively within public and private sector organizations, not-for-profits as well as post-secondary institutions, Keturah brings a multi-lens perspective to the field of employment and career development. Through working with Right Management and Wilfrid Laurier University’s Career Development Centre, she has acquired expertise in career advising, facilitation and program development. As founder and Managing Principal for Katalist Consulting Group, Keturah collaborates with leaders to navigate complex individual, team and organizational initiatives including career transitions.
Keturah holds both a Bachelor and Master of Business Administration. Her passion for optimizing individual capability development has led her to obtain extensive certification in Psychometric testing as well as a Certificate in Human Resource Management. In 2016 she was the recipient of Wilfrid Laurier University’s first Graduate Diploma in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy and the Academic Award of Excellence from the Waterloo Lutheran Seminary.
