Elle a travaill\u00e9 au Canadore\u00a0College, \u00e0 l’Anishinabek Educational Institute et aux conseils scolaires de Sudbury et de Peel. Mme<\/sup> Dokis a mis de l\u2019avant l\u2019Anishinabek Career Centre en\u00a01991, reconnu comme \u00e9tant le premier en son genre. Elle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 des documents relatifs \u00e0 l’\u00e9ducation sur le choix de carri\u00e8re, lors de congr\u00e8s et de s\u00e9minaires nationaux et internationaux. Mme<\/sup> Dokis a fait partie d\u2019\u00e9quipes \u00e0 l\u2019origine d\u2019initiatives ayant re\u00e7u plusieurs r\u00e9compenses visant \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre des r\u00e9alisations exemplaires. Elle a r\u00e9cemment commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler comme professionnelle ind\u00e9pendante de l\u2019\u00e9ducation pour de nombreux projets de formation, et comme r\u00e9dactrice pigiste pour le journal Anishinabek News.
