Their conversations help clients shape and consider what kind of life they hope for, and to recognize what resources they already have that will help them move towards that desired future. This Solution-Focused theory and approach aims to encourage client curiosity that leads to their (re)discovery of self resourcefulness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why You Should Attend:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the free webinar, Judi Miller will share her experience of working from a solution-focused perspective and encourage participants to explore and reflect on ways that they may incorporate key assumptions and techniques in their work. Judi has been teaching and supervising the practice of solution-focused counsellors for 25 years. She has researched the effectiveness of solution-focused training for counsellors and has published work on counselling ethics, professionalism and solution-focused career and personal counselling. Selon les fondements de la th\u00e9ories culturelle-historique de l\u2019activit\u00e9 (Cultural-Historical Activity Theory) et sur les concepts d\u2019advocacie et de justice sociale nous pr\u00e9sentons les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une recherche illustr\u00e9e par une vignette pratique et traitant d\u2019un projet collectif d\u2019orientation men\u00e9 dans leur communaut\u00e9 par des personnes immigrantes.
