Gr\u00e2ce au soutien de l\u2019Association de d\u00e9veloppement professionnel de Colombie-Britannique, le cours se d\u00e9place \u00e0 Vancouver pour des s\u00e9ances de formation les 23 et 24 septembre 2011. La prochaine s\u00e9ance de formation de deux jours se d\u00e9roulera \u00e0 Toronto les 17 et 18 octobre 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet Leadership tonique pour le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel est un partenariat entre le CERIC et Northern Lights Canada. Il procure aux leaders les outils et techniques permettant de comprendre leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 rebondir, et comment motiver et impliquer le personnel en p\u00e9riodes de changement. Mise au point avec le soutien du CERIC, la formation Leadership tonique a \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9e en mai 2011 et le sera \u00e0 nouveau en octobre 2011. Les leaders ayant particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation de deux jours en mai ont fait des commentaires \u00e9logieux. Ils ont qualifi\u00e9 la formation de \u00ab perspicace \u00bb et \u00ab tonifiante \u00bb. Tous les leaders ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 se sentir plus confiants dans leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 rebondir et \u00e0 mener leurs \u00e9quipes pour r\u00e9ussir la transition.<\/p>\n<p>La formation a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour aider les leaders, les \u00e9quipes et les organisations du secteur du d\u00e9veloppement professionnel. Les derni\u00e8res statistiques d\u00e9mographiques et \u00e9conomiques, ainsi que les changements en mati\u00e8re d\u2019emploi mettent la pression sur les leaders et les organisations qui ont besoin de nouvelles connaissances, techniques et approches pour demeurer \u00e0 la pointe du progr\u00e8s. En raison des nombreux changements dans le domaine du counselling professionnel, les sp\u00e9cialistes de l\u2019orientation professionnelle et leurs leaders doivent faire face \u00e0 des exigences grandissantes. Des niveaux importants d\u2019incertitude et l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s ont test\u00e9 la capacit\u00e9 de rebondir des \u00e9quipes et de leurs dirigeants.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet aidera les leaders \u00e0 renforcer leurs capacit\u00e9s de rebond et \u00e0 concentrer leur \u00e9nergie sur la mani\u00e8re de promouvoir le bien-\u00eatre et la productivit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes. Les \u00e9valuations personnelles et diff\u00e9rentes activit\u00e9s donneront aux leaders une vision approfondie de leurs propres capacit\u00e9s \u00e0 diriger gr\u00e2ce aux changements.
