Pendant le premier projet, on a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 visant \u00e0 articuler le niveau d\u2019instruction recommand\u00e9 pour entrer et progresser dans le domaine du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re. Ce second projet est divis\u00e9 en trois phases :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Raffinement du mod\u00e8le con\u00e7u \u00e0 l\u2019origine par le groupe de r\u00e9flexion des \u00e9ducateurs en 2006;<\/li>\n<li>Validation du mod\u00e8le par les intervenants, dont des employeurs, des praticiens, des associations et des \u00e9ducateurs; et<\/li>\n<li>Communication g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du mod\u00e8le aux intervenants du domaine.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une fois finalis\u00e9, ce mod\u00e8le aura le potentiel de structurer le domaine du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re de mani\u00e8re significative en cr\u00e9ant des r\u00e9seaux et une unit\u00e9, en rehaussant l\u2019image professionnelle dans le domaine, en forgeant des liens, en am\u00e9liorant les programmes d\u2019\u00e9tudes en \u00e9ducation\/formation et en am\u00e9liorant les services d\u2019orientation d\u2019un bout \u00e0 l\u2019autre du pays pour servir le public de fa\u00e7on plus uniforme.<\/p>\n<p>Les principales chercheuses sont Sharon Kalbfleisch et Rebecca Burwell, avec le soutien d\u2019un groupe consultatif constitu\u00e9 des personnes suivantes : Dr Mildred Cahill, Jeanette Hung, Dr Geoff Peruniak, Nathalie Perreault et Mark Venning.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column]\r\n\t<div class=\"wprt-spacer clearfix\" data-desktop=\"40\" data-mobi=\"30\" data-smobi=\"30\"><\/div>[vc_separator color=\u00a0\u00bbcustom\u00a0\u00bb style=\u00a0\u00bbdashed\u00a0\u00bb border_width=\u00a0\u00bb2&Prime;
