Dans la perspective de la modernisation des pratiques professionnelles en sant\u00e9 mentale et en relations humaines ainsi que de la r\u00e9vision du champ d\u2019exercice, l\u2019Ordre des conseillers et conseill\u00e8res d\u2019orientation du Qu\u00e9bec (OCCOQ) pr\u00e9sente ce guide qui vise \u00e0 fournir un cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation en orientation. Il comprend des informations et des principes directeurs pour \u00e9clairer les pratiques d\u2019\u00e9valuation des conseillers et conseill\u00e8res d\u2019orientation. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, le lecteur doit tenir compte des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ce guide pr\u00e9sente un cadre de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence g\u00e9n\u00e9ral permettant aux conseillers et conseill\u00e8res<br \/>\nd\u2019orientation de mieux circonscrire le processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation avec ses dimensions et ses enjeux.<br \/>\nCe guide cherche \u00e0 \u00e9clairer la pratique en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9valuation, sans renvoi pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 une conception ou \u00e0 une approche particuli\u00e8re, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 respecter les choix th\u00e9oriques.<\/li>\n<li>Ce guide veut \u00e9galement participer au d\u00e9veloppement et au maintien des comp\u00e9tences au regard du champ d\u2019exercice et du fondement juridique de la pratique des conseillers et conseill\u00e8res d\u2019orientation.<\/li>\n<li>Ce guide est consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation en orientation. Il est important de ne pas le confondre avec le guide interpr\u00e9tatif de la Loi modifi ant le code des professions et d\u2019autres dispositions l\u00e9gislatives dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 mentale et des relations humaines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le guide comporte quatre sections. La premi\u00e8re section traite de l\u2019\u00e9valuation en orientation en tant que dimension incontournable de la pratique. Il est plus particuli\u00e8rement question de la mani\u00e8re dont l\u2019\u00e9valuation contribue \u00e0 l\u2019exercice du jugement professionnel par rapport au champ d\u2019exercice, \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tence, aux activit\u00e9s r\u00e9serv\u00e9es et aux obligations d\u00e9ontologiques. La deuxi\u00e8me section d\u00e9fi nit l\u2019\u00e9valuation en orientation au regard de ses trois principales dimensions dans le champ d\u2019exercice, soit le fonctionnement psychologique, les ressources personnelles et les conditions du milieu. La troisi\u00e8me section du guide pr\u00e9sente un processu d\u2019\u00e9valuation en orientation. Celui-ci est d\u00e9fi ni en quatre phases, soit recueillir, d\u00e9coder, analyser et communiquer les informations.
