Les Principes directeurs refl\u00e8tent les multiples voix du CERIC et constituent une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour \u00e9clairer les discussions avec les clients, les employeurs, les bailleurs de fonds, les d\u00e9cideurs et les familles. Les Principes directeurs comprennent une exploration du mot \u00abcarri\u00e8re\u00bb et ils d\u00e9crivent \u00e9galement les nombreux avantages du d\u00e9veloppement de
