Scented products such as hair sprays, perfume and scented deodorants may trigger reactions such as respiratory distress and headaches. In consideration of others, people attending the event are asked to limit or refrain from using scented products. Your co-operation is appreciated.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: bold; color: #049d2a;\"><strong>CANCELLATION POLICY<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"color: #333333;\">Requests for cancellation(s) must be made by emailing your request to\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"mailto:registration@ceric.ca\">registration@ceric.ca<\/a><\/span>. Cancellation requests must be received before\u00a0<strong>July 31, 2014 at 5:00 pm ET<\/strong>. NO REFUNDS are granted after July 31.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #333333;\">An administrative fee on a sliding scale will be deducted from any refund for a Summer Skills registration as follows:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"color: #333333;\">\n<li>20% fee for cancellations requested by May 30, 2014, 5:00 pm ET<\/li>\n<li>30% fee for cancellations requested by July 31, 2014, 5:00 pm ET<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"color: #333333;\">If a cancellation to a group conference registration order results in fewer than 4 delegates attending, the group discount no longer applies and this difference will be deducted before your refund is issued.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #333333;\">Refunds will be issued within two weeks after receipt of the written notice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #333333;\">It is regrettable that you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. Although we sympathize please note that we have a cancellation policy that helps us cover fixed costs due to non-attendance, regardless of circumstance (food and beverage orders and transaction costs associated with your registration \u2013 none of these can be altered so there are real costs involved).<\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #333333;\">Delegate substitutions are permissible.
