\"CERIC_headshots_jan_b\"Jan Basso est directrice des services d’\u00e9ducation coop\u00e9rative et de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 Wilfrid Laurier, \u00e0 Waterloo, en Ontario. Depuis 1976, elle y joue un r\u00f4le important dans la conception et la prestation de services de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re. \u00c0 titre de directrice, elle est d\u00e9vou\u00e9e \u00e0 la prestation de services complets qui permettent aux \u00e9tudiants et aux anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves de fixer et de r\u00e9aliser leurs objectifs. Par ailleurs, elle cultive des relations solides avec les employeurs et a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un large \u00e9ventail de services pour les aider \u00e0 satisfaire leurs besoins de recrutement. De plus, Mme<\/sup>Basso poss\u00e8de une vaste exp\u00e9rience dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration de syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information, la coordination de salons de l\u2019emploi, la mise en \u0153uvre de programmes d\u2019entraide entre les \u00e9tudiants, la constitution de r\u00e9seaux entre les anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves et les sondages aupr\u00e8s des dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s. Elle a grandement contribu\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement et au maintien des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 salariale et d\u2019\u00e9valuation des emplois \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 Wilfrid Laurier.<\/p>\n

Mme<\/sup>\u00a0Basso est une ancienne \u00e9l\u00e8ve de l\u2019universit\u00e9 Wilfrid Laurier et d\u00e9tient \u00e9galement une ma\u00eetrise en enseignement sup\u00e9rieur de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Toronto. Elle a assum\u00e9 de nombreux r\u00f4les de leadership au sein de l\u2019Association canadienne des sp\u00e9cialistes en emploi et des employeurs et a re\u00e7u le Prix pour r\u00e9alisations remarquables de l\u2019Association, ainsi que le Prix du m\u00e9rite \u00e0 deux occasions. Elle est \u00e9galement l\u2019un des membres fondateurs de l\u2019Association canadienne de documentation professionnelle.<\/p>\n

Chef de file reconnue \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale dans le domaine du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re au niveau postsecondaire, Mme Basso s\u2019est engag\u00e9e \u00e0 partager son expertise toute sa vie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
