John Horn occupe le poste de directeur, Apprentissage et leadership, \u00e0 la coop\u00e9rative de cr\u00e9dit Vancity, o\u00f9 il dirige une \u00e9quipe qui harmonise les principes coop\u00e9ratifs, les innovations men\u00e9es par les membres et un leadership fond\u00e9 sur les valeurs pour concevoir des exp\u00e9riences, cr\u00e9er des ressources et proposer des programmes qui inspirent les employ\u00e9s et leur offrent les outils n\u00e9cessaires pour produire un effet positif sur leur communaut\u00e9. \u00c0 titre de cofondateur de la publication The Potentiality<\/em>, il \u00e9crit des articles et donne des conf\u00e9rences sur les m\u00e9thodes de collaboration qui am\u00e9liorent le bien-\u00eatre communautaire. De plus, John pr\u00e9side le Comit\u00e9 du marketing, des communications et des services\u00a0Web du\u00a0CERIC, et travaille \u00e0 titre b\u00e9n\u00e9vole au sein du groupe d\u2019aide \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction Writers\u2019 Exchange de Vancouver.
