Cela lui donne une compr\u00e9hension approfondie des dynamiques du travail et des aptitudes uniques \u00e0 communiquer. En \u00e9tablissant des rapports avec les gens \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un ensemble de situations de travail r\u00e9elles, de beaucoup de bon sens et de techniques internationales \u00e9prouv\u00e9es, elle aide les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 dynamiser leur performance et les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier leur emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Sur une note plus personnelle, elle est une fi\u00e8re maman de trois enfants adultes, elle adore ses animaux (chevaux, chats, chatons) et elle aime raconter des histoires de son vieux chien Fluke.
