Le symposium Let\u2019s Get to Work se d\u00e9roulera \u00e0 Winnipeg le 22 novembre 2012, de 9 h \u00e0 13 h 30. Le symposium vise \u00e0 offrir aux sp\u00e9cialistes du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re et aux employeurs un endroit pour se r\u00e9unir et s\u2019entretenir de la nature changeante de l\u2019univers de l\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Selon moi, le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re au Manitoba s\u2019appr\u00eate \u00e0 faire un virage \u00e0 180 degr\u00e9s et \u00e0 devenir beaucoup plus int\u00e9ressant, affirme Darrell Cole, chef de la direction de Career Trek. Plut\u00f4t que de faire des affaires comme d\u2019habitude, nous voulons cr\u00e9er un espace o\u00f9 toutes les parties int\u00e9ress\u00e9es peuvent se r\u00e9unir pour discuter des recherches r\u00e9centes, des nouvelles r\u00e9alit\u00e9s et des nouveaux partenariats. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pour souligner l\u2019ann\u00e9e inaugurale du symposium, le comit\u00e9 de direction a fait appel \u00e0 Donnalee Bell \u2013 coauteure d\u2019un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccdf.ca\/ccdf\/index.php\/research\/reports\" target=\"_blank\">rapport sur les nouveaux entrants mal int\u00e9gr\u00e9s<\/a> \u2013 afin qu\u2019elle s\u2019entretienne de ses conclusions et qu\u2019elle participe \u00e0 une discussion entre experts.<\/p>\n<p>Le symposium se terminera par une pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019une heure de la <a href=\"http:\/\/sprott.carleton.co\/directory\/duxbury-linda\/\" target=\"_blank\">conf\u00e9renci\u00e8re r\u00e9put\u00e9e Linda Duxbury, Ph. D<\/a>. Mme Duxbury est pionni\u00e8re du domaine de la bonne gestion organisationnelle et sp\u00e9cialiste en gestion de l\u2019\u00e9volution de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux ateliers couvrant une vaste gamme de sujets et un d\u00eener compl\u00e9teront l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement d\u2019une demi-journ\u00e9e qui offrira aux participants de nombreuses occasions d\u2019apprentissage et de r\u00e9seautage.<\/p>\n<p>Le conseil consultatif du d\u00e9veloppement de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre du Manitoba participera \u00e9galement au symposium.<\/p>\n<p>Un programme complet et des formulaires d\u2019inscription figureront sur le site Web de Career Trek \u00e0 l\u2019adresse <a href=\"http:\/\/www.careertrek.ca\/PublicAffairs\/Events.aspx\" target=\"_blank\">www.careertrek.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le CERIC s\u2019associe \u00e0 diverses associations et organisations \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du Canada en vue de pr\u00e9senter une s\u00e9rie d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements sur le perfectionnement professionnel.
