{"id":21871,"date":"2018-02-05T10:12:32","date_gmt":"2018-02-05T15:12:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ceric.ca\/?p=21871"},"modified":"2018-02-08T10:17:38","modified_gmt":"2018-02-08T15:17:38","slug":"surmonter-les-prejuges-inconscients-dans-lembauche-danciens-combattants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ceric.ca\/fr\/2018\/02\/surmonter-les-prejuges-inconscients-dans-lembauche-danciens-combattants\/","title":{"rendered":"Surmonter les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s inconscients dans l&#8217;embauche d&rsquo;anciens combattants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019un <a href=\"http:\/\/ceric.ca\/fr\/project\/une-question-de-style-le-style-de-travail-joue-t-il-dans-lembauche-danciens-combattants-au-canada\/\">projet de recherche financ\u00e9 par le CERIC<\/a> ont permis de rep\u00e9rer chez les employeurs des pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s en ce qui a trait au style de travail des anciens combattants et de montrer la voie relativement \u00e0 la meilleure fa\u00e7on pour les professionnels du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re d\u2019aider les anciens combattants \u00e0 faire la transition d\u2019une carri\u00e8re militaire \u00e0 une carri\u00e8re civile. La recherche, qui a des r\u00e9percussions sur l\u2019exploration, la recherche et le maintien d\u2019emploi pour les anciens combattants, a \u00e9t\u00e9 entreprise par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.challengefactory.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Challenge Factory<\/a>, commandit\u00e9e par les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.forces.gc.ca\/fr\/communaute-fac-services-soutien-soutien-aux-blesses\/index.page\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes<\/a> et appuy\u00e9e par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.veterans.gc.ca\/fra\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anciens Combattants Canada<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->D\u2019apr\u00e8s le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.veterans.gc.ca\/fra\/about-us\/research-directorate\/publications\/reports\/lass-2016\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sondage sur la vie apr\u00e8s le service militaire\u00a02016<\/a> men\u00e9 par Anciens Combattants Canada, plus de 430\u00a0000\u00a0anciens combattants canadiens ont actuellement un emploi ou cherchent un emploi. Les membres des Forces arm\u00e9es canadiennes prennent leur retraite \u00e0 n\u2019importe quel moment entre le d\u00e9but de la trentaine et la fin de la cinquantaine.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet comprenait la tenue d\u2019\u00e9valuations psychom\u00e9triques de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ttisuccessinsights.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Target Training International (TTI)<\/a> aupr\u00e8s de membres en service et d\u2019anciens combattants. On a \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 aux employeurs de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des \u00e9valuations en se mettant \u00e0 la place d\u2019un ancien combattant afin de mesurer les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s inconscients.<\/p>\n<p>La recherche a permis de constater que les employeurs s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce que les anciens combattants utilisent des m\u00e9thodes de travail et de communication grandement diff\u00e9rentes de celles de leurs employ\u00e9s actuels. Le pr\u00e9jug\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 croire que les anciens combattants auront une approche plus directe et comp\u00e9titive (caract\u00e9ristique d\u2019un style dominant ou autoritaire). Ainsi, les employeurs pourraient \u00eatre port\u00e9s \u00e0 formuler des suppositions \u00e0 propos de candidats plus r\u00e9serv\u00e9s, collaboratifs ou passifs dans des contextes de r\u00e9seautage ou d\u2019entrevue.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les r\u00e9sultats notables de la recherche\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les employeurs estiment que les anciens combattants sont 33\u00a0% plus susceptibles de pr\u00e9senter un style de communication dominant que la norme canadienne, alors qu\u2019en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 seulement 10,5\u00a0% des anciens combattants pr\u00e9sentent un style de communication dominant.<\/li>\n<li>Les anciens combattants qui ont r\u00e9pondu au sondage sont 16,9\u00a0% moins susceptibles d\u2019utiliser les relations interpersonnelles (l\u2019influence) comme outil de travail principal comparativement \u00e0 leurs pairs.<\/li>\n<li>Les anciens combattants sont 8,9\u00a0% plus susceptibles que la population g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u2019\u00eatre motiv\u00e9s par des facteurs intellectuels (apprentissage continu, nouveaux apprentissages et qu\u00eate de v\u00e9rit\u00e9).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats offrent des apprentissages cl\u00e9s pour les professionnels du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re, les recruteurs et les gestionnaires embaucheurs, comme l\u2019importance de fournir aux anciens combattants des donn\u00e9es et proc\u00e9dures suppl\u00e9mentaires pour favoriser l\u2019autod\u00e9termination, la connaissance de leur r\u00f4le et le sentiment d\u2019utilit\u00e9 en p\u00e9riode de changement. On recommande aussi que les anciens combattants puissent tirer profit de techniques de r\u00e9seautage, car ils pourraient n\u00e9gliger l\u2019importance d\u2019\u00e9tablir des relations avec leurs employeurs potentiels, se concentrant plut\u00f4t sur la mani\u00e8re de satisfaire aux exigences de l\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Les apprentissages du projet figurent dans deux nouveaux outils\u00a0: un <a href=\"http:\/\/ceric.ca\/files\/Infographic_Jan30.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">document infographique<\/a> et une <a href=\"https:\/\/challengefactory.typeform.com\/to\/Mo3teP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">auto\u00e9valuation<\/a> pour que les intervenants en d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re et les employeurs puissent \u00e9valuer leur compr\u00e9hension des anciens combattants comme bassin de talents cach\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude se poursuit et les donn\u00e9es recueillies depuis septembre\u00a02017 seront analys\u00e9es en juillet\u00a02018 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 produire des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 jour.
