L\u2019objectif du magazine est de susciter la r\u00e9flexion et d\u2019analyser les pratiques et les th\u00e9ories les plus r\u00e9centes en mati\u00e8re d\u2019orientation professionnelle et de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re. Dans le cadre de son mandat, le CERIC doit \u00e9largir l\u2019ensemble des connaissances associ\u00e9es au domaine, promouvoir la communication multisectorielle et favoriser les \u00e9changes portant sur la valeur du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e qui se termine a \u00e9t\u00e9 ponctu\u00e9e de changements importants pour le CERIC, comme en t\u00e9moignent le lancement de cette nouvelle publication, le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement des sites Web OrientAction et ContactPoint (qui seront en ligne d\u2019ici quelques semaines) et les nombreux nouveaux projets qui sont en cours. Par cons\u00e9quent, le th\u00e8me \u00ab Carri\u00e8res sans fronti\u00e8res \u00bb choisi pour le premier num\u00e9ro de\u00a0<em>Careering<\/em>refl\u00e8te parfaitement la fa\u00e7on dont nous envisageons l\u2019avenir. Pour nous, \u00ab Carri\u00e8res sans fronti\u00e8res \u00bb peut signifier explorer les avenues du travail autonome ou aider des professionnels form\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9tablir au Canada; cela peut aussi signifier aller au del\u00e0 des cadres conventionnels de pens\u00e9e, et c\u2019est ce que nous cherchons \u00e0 faire.<\/p>\n<p><em>Careering<\/em>\u00a0remplace le\u00a0<em>Bulletin d\u2019OrientAction<\/em>, une lettre d\u2019information du CERIC tr\u00e8s populaire au sein de la communaut\u00e9 du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re au Canada et qui f\u00eate son 15e anniversaire cette ann\u00e9e. Alors, comment c\u00e9l\u00e9brer cette \u00e9tape importante? Apr\u00e8s en avoir discut\u00e9, les diverses parties prenantes ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de le transformer en un v\u00e9ritable magazine sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9. Nous tenons \u00e0 remercier le comit\u00e9 de r\u00e9daction du CERIC, nos collaborateurs, nos annonceurs et notre partenaire \u00e9diteur \u00e0 MarketZone, qui ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 concr\u00e9tiser cette vision.
