Le mieux est l\u2019ennemi du bien. On a tous d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendu cette expression, et pourtant, combien d\u2019entre nous sommes enthousiastes \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de pr\u00e9server le statu quo?<\/p>\n

Les t\u00e9l\u00e9phones intelligents, les automobiles sans conducteur, les imprimantes 3D. On est facilement impressionn\u00e9s \u2013\u00a0je<\/em>\u00a0suis facilement impressionn\u00e9e \u2013 par les possibilit\u00e9s que ces technologies perturbatrices vont cr\u00e9er. On ne s\u2019arr\u00eate pas souvent pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux impacts n\u00e9gatifs de l\u2019innovation. On n\u2019ose pas contredire le principe sacr\u00e9 du progr\u00e8s \u00e0 tout prix.<\/p>\n

Mais pourquoi nous ent\u00eatons-nous \u00e0 constamment vouloir changer un mod\u00e8le qui fonctionne d\u00e9j\u00e0? La r\u00e9ponse, bien souvent, est que ce mod\u00e8le, justement, ne fonctionne\u00a0pas<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Penser en dehors des sentiers battus, g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des id\u00e9es qui d\u00e9rangent, qui sont m\u00eame un peu folles, \u00e7a ne changera pas le monde, mais \u00e7a exerce nos cerveaux \u00e0 penser diff\u00e9remment, de fa\u00e7on cr\u00e9atrice. Plus on g\u00e9n\u00e8re d\u2019id\u00e9es, plus il y a de chances que l\u2019une d\u2019entre elles se r\u00e9alise et devienne quelque chose de vraiment sp\u00e9cial.<\/p>\n

Comme, par exemple, un parc th\u00e9matique sur les carri\u00e8res. Ou un programme d\u2019\u00e9tudes commerciales pour artistes. Ou encore une technique permettant aux \u00e9tudiants d\u2019\u00e9largir radicalement leurs horizons professionnels.<\/p>\n

L\u2019innovation, toutefois, ne vient pas sans cons\u00e9quences. Tom Staunton discute des perturbations que le progr\u00e8s technologique provoquera sur le march\u00e9 du travail, et ce ne sera pas de tout repos.<\/p>\n
