La plupart de mes tantes pensent que je suis conseill\u00e8re en emploi. Mon conjoint aime bien dire \u00e0 ses coll\u00e8gues que je suis pay\u00e9e pour aller sur Twitter (il ne me croit toujours pas, mais c\u2019est un outil tr\u00e8s utile pour mon travail!). Ce que je fais dans la vie est effectivement un peu difficile \u00e0 expliquer.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Comme vous le savez peut-\u00eatre, le CERIC est un organisme sans but lucratif qui vise \u00e0 faire avancer le domaine du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re au Canada. Nous accomplissons cela \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de programmes et de projets, ce qui rend notre organisme difficile \u00e0 expliquer clairement en peu de phrases. C\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement difficile \u00e0 expliquer aux gens n\u2019ayant pas de connaissance pr\u00e9alable du domaine du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re, un monde dont moi-m\u00eame je ne soup\u00e7onnais pas l\u2019existence avant de me joindre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe du CERIC.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019une des raisons pour lesquelles le CERIC est difficile \u00e0 expliquer aux \u00ab\u00a0non-initi\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb est que la plupart des gens pensent que les centres de carri\u00e8re sont l\u00e0 pour nous aider \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer ce qu\u2019on veut faire dans la vie, \u00e9crire un bon CV et trouver un emploi. Apr\u00e8s \u00e7a, plus besoin d\u2019eux, pas vrai?<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9e que le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re survient tout au long d\u2019une vie, qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un processus qui continue lorsqu\u2019on est employ\u00e9 et qui est entrem\u00eal\u00e9 avec notre vie personnelle, c\u2019est \u00e9vident pour nous tous qui travaillons dans le secteur, mais pas du tout pour une vaste portion de la population. Ce num\u00e9ro du magazine\u00a0<em>Careering<\/em>\u00a0est l\u00e0 pour explorer ce qui se passe\u00a0<em>apr\u00e8s<\/em>\u00a0avoir re\u00e7u l\u2019offre d\u2019emploi tant convoit\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Les articles explorent les meilleures pratiques en d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re venant de deux organisations (General Motors et la coop\u00e9rative financi\u00e8re Vancity) qui en sont les chefs de file. Ce num\u00e9ro comprend \u00e9galement des conseils pour les praticiens en d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re souhaitant percer dans le milieu corporatif.
