Aujourd\u2019hui, la dur\u00e9e moyenne d\u2019un individu dans une entreprise est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 5 ans et il est devenu de plus en plus rare de \u00ab gravir les \u00e9chelons \u00bb au sein d\u2019une m\u00eame entreprise tandis que les changements fr\u00e9quents d\u2019emploi et les mod\u00e8les de carri\u00e8re non-lin\u00e9aires sont d\u00e9sormais la \u00ab nouvelle norme \u00bb. Simultan\u00e9ment, l\u2019intelligence artificielle et l\u2019automatisation contribuent \u00e0 fa\u00e7onner l\u2019avenir du travail et \u00e0 red\u00e9finir les emplois. Les professionnels du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re doivent \u00eatre inform\u00e9s et pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 ces mutations afin de pouvoir \u00eatre \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019aider leurs clients efficacement.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le CERIC est ravi de pr\u00e9senter cette \u00e9dition sp\u00e9ciale collaborative du num\u00e9ro Printemps-\u00c9t\u00e9 du magazine\u00a0<em>Careering<\/em>\u00a0ax\u00e9 sur \u00ab La nature changeante des carri\u00e8res \u00bb. Pour la premi\u00e8re fois, nous nous sommes associ\u00e9s \u00e0 la National Career Development Association (NCDA) bas\u00e9e aux \u00c9tats-Unis pour offrir aux lecteurs une \u00e9dition conjointe explorant les changements dans le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de la fronti\u00e8re. Visitez\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ncda.org\/aws\/NCDA\/pt\/sp\/magazine\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ncda.org\/aws\/NCDA\/pt\/sp\/magazine<\/a>\u00a0pour plus d\u2019information sur le magazine Career Developments de la NCDA.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que les termes \u00ab carri\u00e8re \u00bb, \u00ab emploi \u00bb et \u00ab travail \u00bb aient \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finis diff\u00e9remment dans la litt\u00e9rature sur les th\u00e9ories du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re, la fa\u00e7on dont la plupart des gens conceptualisent les \u00ab carri\u00e8res \u00bb aujourd\u2019hui diff\u00e8re de la fa\u00e7on dont elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9es au cours du si\u00e8cle dernier. L\u2019\u00ab \u00e9conomie d\u2019engagements \u00bb (ou\u00a0<em>Gig Economy<\/em>\u00a0en anglais), l\u2019emploi flexible, le travail virtuel et d\u2019autres fa\u00e7ons de travailler inconstantes et temporaires sont de plus en plus populaires. Ce num\u00e9ro vise \u00e0 explorer les cons\u00e9quences de cette modification sur la fa\u00e7on dont nous enseignons et conseillons les \u00e9tudiants, les jeunes et les adultes tout au long de leurs ann\u00e9es pass\u00e9es au travail pour les pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce num\u00e9ro de\u00a0<em>Careering<\/em>, nous aborderons les pratiques \u00e9thiques et les implications de ces nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de travailler : l\u2019entreprenariat en tant que comp\u00e9tence indispensable \u00e0 une carri\u00e8re professionnelle, apprendre \u00e0 pivoter comme nouvelle approche face \u00e0 l\u2019incertitude professionnelle, accueillir les individus ayant entrepris un changement de carri\u00e8re au sein des services de carri\u00e8re et l\u2019int\u00e9gration de la collaboration et du collectivisme dans les th\u00e9ories, les m\u00e9thodes et les pratiques de carri\u00e8re en tant que changement n\u00e9cessaire dans l\u2019orientation du service de carri\u00e8re. Ce num\u00e9ro comprend \u00e9galement une critique de\u00a0<em>The Episodic Career: How to Thrive at Work in the Age of Disruption<\/em>\u00a0ainsi qu\u2019une conversation avec Rich Feller sur les leaders d\u2019opinion du domaine du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re. De plus, ce num\u00e9ro pr\u00e9sente un article sur les avantages d\u2019une ann\u00e9e transitoire (ou sabbatique) significative pour les jeunes canadiens.<\/p>\n<p>Le Canada est d\u00e9j\u00e0 tourn\u00e9 vers l\u2019avenir et pr\u00e9pare sa future main-d\u2019\u0153uvre pour le monde num\u00e9rique en mettant en place des initiatives et des programmes pour nous \u00e9quiper des comp\u00e9tences qui seront n\u00e9cessaires demain, que ce soit en enseignant le code dans les \u00e9coles ou bien en cr\u00e9ant une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre hautement qualifi\u00e9e et r\u00e9siliente gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Futureskills Lab, une initiative du Conseil consultatif en mati\u00e8re de croissance \u00e9conomique du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.
