{"id":28612,"date":"2012-11-05T16:55:40","date_gmt":"2012-11-05T21:55:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ceric.ca\/?p=28612"},"modified":"2018-06-26T16:37:20","modified_gmt":"2018-06-26T20:37:20","slug":"coach-de-recherche-demploi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ceric.ca\/fr\/2012\/11\/coach-de-recherche-demploi\/","title":{"rendered":"Coach de recherche d&#8217;emploi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>par Wilfrid Larochelle<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de lire l\u2019article de Marl\u00e8ne Lebreux sur le site de Workopolis pour mieux conna\u00eetre le nouvel outil intitul\u00e9 Coach de recherche d\u2019emploi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cet outil informatique s\u2019adresse au chercheur d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un test que toute personne \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi peut passer pour un peu moins de 20 dollars.<br \/>\n\u00c0 l\u2019aide de 140 \u00e0 180 mises en situation, la personne identifie les sources des difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es dans ses d\u00e9marches.<\/p>\n<p>Il faut pr\u00e9voir une vingtaine de minutes pour passer le test. Les th\u00e8mes suivants sont abord\u00e9s tout au long de la passation: la qualit\u00e9 et la pertinence de notre projet professionnel; la communication utilis\u00e9e dans nos d\u00e9marches de recherche d\u2019emploi; le dynamisme mobilis\u00e9 dans nos recherches; les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es; notre strat\u00e9gie de recherche d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e8re automatiquement un rapport personnalis\u00e9 d\u2019une douzaine de pages incluant les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un graphique, par facteur, pr\u00e9sentant en pourcentage le r\u00e9sultat obtenu;<\/li>\n<li>un texte, pour chaque facteur, permettant de se situer par rapport au r\u00e9sultat;<\/li>\n<li>des conseils personnalis\u00e9s, r\u00e9pondant strictement aux situations reconnues par l\u2019utilisateur et destin\u00e9s \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer ses chances d\u2019insertion sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il faut saluer le travail de Dominique Clavier pour la r\u00e9alisation de ce nouvel outil scientifique.<\/p>\n<p>Heureusement, nous avons ce pionnier pour faire de la recherche sur l\u2019insertion professionnelle et la gestion de carri\u00e8re m\u00eame si l\u2019argent n\u2019est pas souvent au rendez-vous dans le domaine des sciences humaines.<\/p>\n<p>Dominique Clavier, psychologue clinicien, est un chercheur dans le domaine de la relation au travail depuis 1976. Il a travaill\u00e9 de 1996 \u00e0 2006 \u00e0 la direction de la recherche et du d\u00e9veloppement au cabinet Groupe-BPI, premi\u00e8re soci\u00e9t\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne du conseil en management et ressources humaines.<\/p>\n<p>Il a fond\u00e9 Human-Research pour offrir des services aux entreprises et aux organisations.<br \/>\nAuteur d\u2019un peu plus de 65\u00a0 publications scientifiques, il vient de publier chez Septembre \u00e9diteur le livre <em>Accompagner sur le chemin\u00a0 du travail<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Ce bouquin\u00a0 alimente la r\u00e9flexion et propose des m\u00e9thodes d\u2019intervention aux personnes qui accompagnent des gens en recherche d\u2019emploi, en r\u00e9orientation ou en gestion de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est la\u00a0 pertinence du projet professionnel qui a retenu le plus mon attention.
