{"id":28652,"date":"2012-11-02T10:36:59","date_gmt":"2012-11-02T14:36:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ceric.ca\/?p=28652"},"modified":"2018-06-26T16:36:23","modified_gmt":"2018-06-26T20:36:23","slug":"coach-de-recherche-demploi-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ceric.ca\/fr\/2012\/11\/coach-de-recherche-demploi-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Coach de recherche d\u2019emploi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"left\"><em>par Wilfrid Larochelle, c.o.<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Il est int\u00e9ressant de lire l\u2019article de Marl\u00e8ne Lebreux sur le site de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.workopolis.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Workopolis<\/a> afin de mieux conna\u00eetre le nouvel outil intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Coach de recherche d\u2019emploi \u00bb.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Le test s\u2019adresse aux chercheurs d\u2019emploi et est disponible sur le site de <a href=\"http:\/\/monemploi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">monemploi.com<\/a> pour un peu moins de 20 dollars. \u00c0 l\u2019aide de 140 \u00e0 180 mises en situation, la personne identifie les sources des difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es dans ses d\u00e9marches.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Il faut consacrer une vingtaine de minutes pour passer le test. Sans nous en rendre compte, nous abordons les th\u00e8mes suivants tout au long de la passation : la qualit\u00e9 et la pertinence de notre projet professionnel; la communication utilis\u00e9e dans nos d\u00e9marches de recherche d\u2019emploi; le dynamisme mobilis\u00e9 dans nos recherches; les difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es; notre strat\u00e9gie de recherche d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Le syst\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e8re automatiquement un rapport personnalis\u00e9 d\u2019une douzaine de pages incluant les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un graphique, par facteur, pr\u00e9sentant en pourcentage le r\u00e9sultat obtenu;<\/li>\n<li>Un texte, pour chaque facteur, permettant de se situer par rapport au r\u00e9sultat;<\/li>\n<li>Des conseils personnalis\u00e9s, r\u00e9pondant strictement aux situations reconnues par l\u2019utilisateur et destin\u00e9s \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer ses chances d\u2019insertion sur le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">C\u2019est la pertinence du projet professionnel qui a retenu le plus mon attention. L\u2019auteur a su trouver les bons items pour d\u00e9gager huit facteurs li\u00e9s au projet professionnel:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>La connaissance de soi au travail<\/li>\n<li>La connaissance de sa valeur au travail<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019image de soi au travail<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019image de sa formation<\/li>\n<li>La clart\u00e9 de son projet<\/li>\n<li>La pertinence dans le choix de la cible<\/li>\n<li>La capacit\u00e9 de convaincre<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019accueil du projet par son entourage<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p align=\"justify\">Il faut saluer le travail de Dominique Clavier pour la r\u00e9alisation de ce nouvel outil scientifique. Heureusement, nous avons ce pionnier pour faire de la recherche sur l\u2019insertion professionnelle et la gestion de carri\u00e8re m\u00eame si l\u2019argent n\u2019est pas souvent au rendez-vous dans le domaine des sciences humaines.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dominique Clavier, psychologue clinicien, est un chercheur dans le domaine des relations au travail depuis 1976. Il a travaill\u00e9 de 1996 \u00e0 2006 \u00e0 la Direction de la recherche et du d\u00e9veloppement au cabinet <a href=\"http:\/\/www.groupe-bpi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Groupe-BPI<\/a>, premi\u00e8re soci\u00e9t\u00e9 europ\u00e9enne du conseil en management et ressources humaines. Il a fond\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.human-research.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Human-Research<\/a> pour offrir des services aux entreprises et aux organisations.<br \/>\nAuteur d\u2019un peu plus de 65 publications scientifiques, il vient de publier chez Septembre \u00e9diteur le livre \u00ab <a href=\"http:\/\/www.septembre.com\/livres\/accompagner-sur-chemin-travail-5-695.html\">Accompagner sur le chemin du travail<\/a> \u00bb.
