Chose certaine, cibler des postes et n\u00e9gocier des placements de la part de nos clients n\u2019est pas sans d\u00e9fi. Ceci dit, malgr\u00e9 l\u2019absence d\u2019une recette magique pour favoriser le tout, il y a quand m\u00eame certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments primordiaux \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite du mandat d\u2019un consultant en emploi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En premier lieu, nos strat\u00e9gies de marketing doivent \u00eatre ax\u00e9es sur les besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de chaque client, soit les candidats et les employeurs. Ce que nous devons viser d\u2019abord c\u2019est d\u2019identifier un lien commun entre les employeurs potentiels et les candidats afin de s\u2019assurer que le \u00ab fit \u00bb soit r\u00e9el et respect\u00e9. Il est int\u00e9ressant de voir que plus de 60% des travailleurs actuels sont activement \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un emploi parce qu\u2019ils ne ressentent pas un lien d\u2019appartenance chez leur employeur. De plus, en faisant appel aux entreprises, encore une fois, notre strat\u00e9gie doit garantir des services qui feront na\u00eetre chez la compagnie ou l\u2019organisme le d\u00e9sir d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la valeur ajout\u00e9e que propose une relation professionnelle entre nous, comme pourvoyeur de services, et eux comme clients.<\/p>\n<p>Trop souvent, nous sous-estimons le fait que les employeurs, comme tous les consommateurs, \u00ab ach\u00e8tent \u00bb nos services pour des raisons individualistes. Nous voil\u00e0 donc souvent tent\u00e9s d\u2019approcher un employeur avec un curriculum vitae dans le seul but d\u2019obtenir un emploi pour notre client aupr\u00e8s de son entreprise, tout en offrant des services bas\u00e9s sur nos propres besoins et d\u00e9sirs individuels. \u00c0 quel niveau r\u00e9ussirons-nous \u00e0 atteindre notre objectif? Cependant, lorsque nous r\u00e9ussissons \u00e0 faire conna\u00eetre et valoriser la gamme de nos programmes et services chez nos clients corporatifs, nous pouvons poursuivre avec la promotion d\u2019un client sp\u00e9cifique tout en \u00e9vitant de nuire \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle de tisser une relation de longue dur\u00e9e avec ces commer\u00e7ants.<\/p>\n<p>Tout en respectant la r\u00e8gle universelle du 80% \/ 20%, il est essentiel de reconna\u00eetre que la recherche sur les entreprises cibl\u00e9es, la mise en \u0153uvre de strat\u00e9gies de marketing individualis\u00e9es, le r\u00e9seautage et, finalement, l\u2019identification des objectifs de carri\u00e8re de chaque participant(e) occuperont la majeure partie du temps consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et promouvoir les placements qui nous sont confi\u00e9s. Comme r\u00e9sultat, en parvenant \u00e0 cibler et n\u00e9gocier un placement pour un client, la r\u00e9ussite \u00e0 long terme est presque toujours atteignable. Au contraire, si nous ne d\u00e9vouons qu\u2019une portion mineure de notre temps journalier \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de notre plan d\u2019attaque, comment pouvons-nous penser conqu\u00e9rir le march\u00e9 du travail ?<\/p>\n<p>Bref, nos responsabilit\u00e9s professionnelles n\u00e9cessitent une approche individualis\u00e9e qui vise l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019un partenariat entre nous et les employeurs, pour voir \u00e0 ce que nos clients, malgr\u00e9 leurs d\u00e9fis personnels, go\u00fbtent au succ\u00e8s autant sur le plan professionnel que sur celui de leur vie personnelle. Comme tout autre projet, la planification, l\u2019application de strat\u00e9gies de marketing individualis\u00e9es et notre capacit\u00e9 de bien comprendre les besoins de chaque client nous permettront de conna\u00eetre un succ\u00e8s \u00e9clatant dans nos d\u00e9marches pour participer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9panouissement des communaut\u00e9s que nous desservons.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Marc Sabourin<\/strong> a obtenu une formation post-secondaire en psychologie \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 Laurentienne en 1991. Puis, il a occup\u00e9 un poste de consultant en personnel \u00e0 Ottawa o\u00f9 il a notamment fait du recrutement pour des agences gouvernementales et des clients corporatifs. Attir\u00e9 par le monde d\u2019affaires, il a plus tard int\u00e9gr\u00e9 une \u00e9quipe de vente pharmaceutique comme Repr\u00e9sentant aux h\u00f4pitaux, g\u00e9rant plus de 162 clients institutionnels sur un territoire r\u00e9parti sur trois provinces et deux territoires. Avec le d\u00e9sire de poursuivre sa carri\u00e8re en ressources humaines, il est retourn\u00e9 \u00e0 sa ville natale de Sudbury pour occuper un poste de conseiller en emploi avec le programme Connexion emploi.
