{"id":28818,"date":"2012-11-07T10:11:49","date_gmt":"2012-11-07T15:11:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ceric.ca\/?p=28818"},"modified":"2018-06-12T10:13:44","modified_gmt":"2018-06-12T14:13:44","slug":"test-du-fonctionnement-personnel-tfp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ceric.ca\/fr\/2012\/11\/test-du-fonctionnement-personnel-tfp\/","title":{"rendered":"Test du fonctionnement personnel (TFP)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>par Wilfrid Larochelle<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Connaissez-vous le TFP Synergimax?<\/p>\n<p>Le TFP Synergimax a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour aider une personne adulte \u00e0 se comprendre \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la conception de la personne synergique, c\u2019est-\u00e0dire des fonctions : Imaginative, Affective, Physique, Cognitive et Sociale. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.scedu.umontreal.ca\/profs\/racines\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Serge Racine<\/a>, professeur agr\u00e9g\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al, est l\u2019auteur du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.synergimax-international.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TFP Synergimax<\/a>. Je crois qu\u2019il a consacr\u00e9 une partie de sa vie \u00e0 construire le mod\u00e8le de la personne synergique \u00e0 partir de trois conceptions partielles int\u00e9gr\u00e9es (cognitiviste, constructiviste et fonctionnaliste). L\u2019intention de l\u2019auteur visait particuli\u00e8rement une population adulte. Il a utilis\u00e9 en 2003 un \u00e9chantillon de 1919 r\u00e9pondants repr\u00e9sentant le milieu de travail francophone du Qu\u00e9bec.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9diteur de ce test est l\u2019entreprise Synergimax-International. Richard Durand, le pr\u00e9sident fondateur de la firme, a permis la recherche et le d\u00e9veloppement de ce test par un financement g\u00e9n\u00e9reux. Sur le site de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.synergimax-international.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Synergimax-International<\/a> le professionnel peut lire la validation 2003 du TFP.<\/p>\n<p>Je viens de passer ce test sur Internet pour la quatri\u00e8me fois, une passation par saison.<\/p>\n<p>Le test propose 80 items. Il faut choisir 20 fois entre quatre descriptions d\u2019habilet\u00e9s celle qui nous repr\u00e9sente le plus et celle qui nous repr\u00e9sente le moins. La passation sur Internet est agr\u00e9able et rapide. La personne re\u00e7oit un premier r\u00e9sultat sous la forme d\u2019un graphique en cinq fonctions, dot\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9chelle de 0 \u00e0 100 et divis\u00e9 en cinq segments qui servent \u00e0 l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des fonctions dominantes. Un deuxi\u00e8me niveau d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation est propos\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur. Il doit confirmer ou infirmer ses r\u00e9ponses et son graphique. Cette deuxi\u00e8me validation permet de recevoir les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019un des 18 types de fonctionnement distinctifs. La personne a le choix de recevoir le rapport complet en format PDF. Durant la transmission de son type, le programme Synergimax sugg\u00e8re sans frais de poser des questions concernant l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation \u00e0 des professionnels de leur r\u00e9seau. Ce forum est g\u00e9r\u00e9 par des professionnels d\u2019ordres reconnus dans le domaine des ressources humaines et ceux-ci se conforment \u00e0 leur code d\u2019\u00e9thique respectif.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019ai demand\u00e9 \u00e0 Eddy Supeno, conseiller d\u2019orientation chez Fontaine &amp; Associ\u00e9s, firme de gestion, conseil et ressources humaines une analyse plus raffin\u00e9e des r\u00e9sultats en \u00e9valuant l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de chacune des cinq fonctions. Monsieur Supeno a su relever certains traits de ma personnalit\u00e9. Il a identifi\u00e9 certaines particularit\u00e9s de mon monde int\u00e9rieur et a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 celles qui me sont utiles dans ma carri\u00e8re. J\u2019ai manqu\u00e9 de temps pour recevoir un accompagnement par une entrevue individuelle avec ce conseiller d\u2019orientation pour pousser plus loin le processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation et mieux me conna\u00eetre pour mieux fonctionner sur le march\u00e9 du travail.
