Pour pr\u00e9parer les gens au nouveau monde du travail, les intervenants en d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re doivent se d\u00e9tacher des listes classiques de carri\u00e8res et d\u2019emplois pour se concentrer sur les d\u00e9fis, les probl\u00e8mes et les occasions que pr\u00e9sente le monde. La M\u00e9thode d\u00e9fi est une approche qui aide \u00e0 se d\u00e9tacher des titres d\u2019emplois. Son travail \u00e0 titre de consultant en ressources humaines l\u2019a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 mieux comprendre la r\u00e9ussite professionnelle par l\u2019entremise de quelques-unes des plus grandes organisations au monde. Il d\u00e9tient une M.\u00a0Sc. en psychologie industrielle-organisationnelle de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Manchester et est le laur\u00e9at du prix\u00a02017 d\u2019excellence professionnelle en d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re de l\u2019organisme Les professionnels de la carri\u00e8re du Canada. Il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 la M\u00e9thode d\u00e9fi pour int\u00e9grer au d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re une approche de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes ax\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Cette approche est utilis\u00e9e par des entreprises, des \u00e9coles \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires et secondaires, des coll\u00e8ges, des universit\u00e9s et des centres d\u2019emplois \u00e0 travers l\u2019Am\u00e9rique du Nord.<\/p>\n<p>Les frais d\u2019inscription \u00e0 la s\u00e9rie compl\u00e8te s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 97 $.
