De plus, l\u2019attention accord\u00e9e aux questions de diversit\u00e9, d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et d\u2019inclusion a suscit\u00e9 des discussions importantes. En tant que sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019apprentissage dans le domaine de la conception universelle en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation aux choix de carri\u00e8re \u0153uvrant au sein du gouvernement du Nouveau-Brunswick, je crois qu\u2019il est plus important que jamais de continuer \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre une strat\u00e9gie de conception universelle relativement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation aux choix de carri\u00e8re pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la maternelle \u00e0 la 12<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0ann\u00e9e. La conception universelle est un moyen de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de tous les apprenants.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">On a longtemps pr\u00e9dit que nos jeunes affronteraient un avenir diff\u00e9rent de tout ce que nous avons connu. Cependant, nous n\u2019\u00e9tions pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 ce que la perturbation du march\u00e9 du travail se produise si rapidement, et \u00e0 cause de la COVID-19. N\u00e9anmoins, de grands changements sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours et ne feront que s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer et prendre de l\u2019ampleur. Si nous ne nous misons pas sur la conception universelle en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation aux choix de carri\u00e8re pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la maternelle \u00e0 la 12<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0ann\u00e9e, de nombreux jeunes, en particulier ceux qui sont \u00e9conomiquement et socialement marginalis\u00e9s, auront du mal \u00e0 acc\u00e9der aux avantages qui en d\u00e9coulent sur le plan de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et des finances. Par cons\u00e9quent, nous devons tenir compte de la diversit\u00e9, de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et de l\u2019inclusion dans la conception et la prestation de l\u2019\u00e9ducation au choix de carri\u00e8re.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La conception universelle en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation aux choix de carri\u00e8re<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La conception universelle de l\u2019apprentissage (CUA) est un cadre fond\u00e9 sur les neurosciences cognitives qui permet aux \u00e9ducateurs de mettre en place des exp\u00e9riences d\u2019apprentissage qui fonctionnent pour un large \u00e9ventail d\u2019apprenants. Pour ce faire, on offre simultan\u00e9ment de bons soutiens \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage et une facilit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s au curriculum, tout en maintenant des normes \u00e9lev\u00e9es de r\u00e9ussite pour tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves. La CUA permet aux \u00e9ducateurs d\u2019anticiper la variabilit\u00e9 des apprenants et d\u2019offrir \u00e0 chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve des chances \u00e9gales d\u2019apprendre (cast.org).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La conception universelle en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation aux choix de carri\u00e8re consiste \u00e0 mettre en place des exp\u00e9riences de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re qui r\u00e9pondent aux besoins de tous les apprenants. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019outil UDL Guidelines du CAST, la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019apprentissage pour l\u2019avenir des \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la maternelle \u00e0 la 12<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0ann\u00e9e du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation et du D\u00e9veloppement de la petite enfance du Nouveau-Brunswick a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 proposer de multiples moyens de participation, d\u2019expression et de repr\u00e9sentation. L\u2019utilisation de la CUA nous permet de surmonter les barri\u00e8res syst\u00e9miques qui entra\u00eenent un acc\u00e8s in\u00e9quitable \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation au choix de carri\u00e8re. Le gouvernement a donn\u00e9 la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion de diverses perspectives afin de d\u00e9terminer les pratiques exemplaires qui pr\u00e9parent les jeunes \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir aujourd\u2019hui et \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. Nous avons organis\u00e9 des groupes de discussion r\u00e9unissant des \u00e9tudiants et des \u00e9ducateurs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de la province pour leur demander ce qu\u2019ils estimaient n\u00e9cessaire pour pr\u00e9parer l\u2019avenir. Nous avons \u00e9galement \u00e9tabli des partenariats consultatifs avec des organismes repr\u00e9sentant les \u00e9tudiants handicap\u00e9s, les personnes de la communaut\u00e9 LGBTQ2 +, les nouveaux arrivants au Nouveau-Brunswick et les \u00e9tudiants autochtones. Cette contribution a guid\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9laboration de notre strat\u00e9gie d\u2019\u00e9ducation au choix de carri\u00e8re, y compris l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de pratiques exemplaires d\u2019apprentissage pour pr\u00e9parer l\u2019avenir. Ces pratiques ne sont pas propres \u00e0 une mati\u00e8re, leur permettant d\u2019\u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es de fa\u00e7on universelle et intentionnelle dans tout le curriculum.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L\u2019int\u00e9gration du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re au curriculum, de la maternelle \u00e0 la 12<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0ann\u00e9e, cr\u00e9e un acc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation au choix de carri\u00e8re. Dans l\u2019article \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Making<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Career<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Development<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0\u2018Stick\u2019 in K-12 \u00bb (2020), Adriano\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Magnifico<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0accomplit un travail remarquable en d\u00e9crivant les \u00e9tapes n\u00e9cessaires pour promouvoir, prioriser, planifier et faire \u00e9voluer les programmes de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re dans les \u00e9coles pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de la maternelle \u00e0 la 12<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0ann\u00e9e. Une \u00e9ducation au choix de carri\u00e8re inclusive et \u00e9quitable n\u00e9cessite l\u2019utilisation de pratiques d\u2019apprentissage exemplaires pour pr\u00e9parer l\u2019avenir d\u00e8s la maternelle et tout au long du parcours scolaire et dans toutes les mati\u00e8res.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Traditionnellement, l\u2019\u00e9ducation au choix de carri\u00e8re relevait de la responsabilit\u00e9 de quelques personnes et n\u2019avait lieu que dans des classes d\u00e9sign\u00e9es, ce qui limite l\u2019acc\u00e8s. Nous travaillons assid\u00fbment \u00e0 changer le discours entourant l\u2019id\u00e9e du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re. Nous aidons les \u00e9ducateurs \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00e9ducation au choix de carri\u00e8re comme le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, des strat\u00e9gies, du soutien et de la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation des \u00e9l\u00e8ves n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9ussir la transition et r\u00e9aliser leur avenir pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. C\u2019est dans ce cadre que tous les \u00e9ducateurs, quel que soit le niveau d\u2019enseignement ou la mati\u00e8re, deviennent des influenceurs de carri\u00e8re.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Des exemples de la conception universelle en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation aux choix de carri\u00e8re au Nouveau-Brunswick<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le Nouveau-Brunswick a lanc\u00e9 de nombreuses initiatives dans les \u00e9coles interm\u00e9diaires afin de faire en sorte que le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re atteigne tous les apprenants, de l\u2019apprentissage professionnel pour les \u00e9ducateurs \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. Voici quelques exemples de la conception universelle en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation aux choix de carri\u00e8re :<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Former les formateurs :<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Les \u00e9ducateurs ont besoin d\u2019une formation en d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re pour pouvoir offrir une \u00e9ducation au choix de carri\u00e8re \u00e0 tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves (Conseil des ministres de l\u2019\u00c9ducation, Canada). Le minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation et du D\u00e9veloppement de la petite enfance du Nouveau-Brunswick a produit une s\u00e9rie de modules de formation professionnelle \u00e0 l\u2019intention des \u00e9ducateurs qui comprennent diverses strat\u00e9gies et id\u00e9es p\u00e9dagogiques pour favoriser la participation, l\u2019expression et la repr\u00e9sentation en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9ducation aux choix de carri\u00e8re. Les \u00e9ducateurs cr\u00e9ent une \u00ab bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils \u00bb qui fournit les ressources et les id\u00e9es pour offrir une \u00e9ducation au choix de carri\u00e8re universelle. Selon le chapitre \u00ab\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Children\u2019s<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Reasoning<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0about\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Career<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Development<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">: The Conceptions of\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Career<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Choice<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0and\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Attainment<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Model \u00bb (K. Chaque \u00e9ducateur a appliqu\u00e9 les principes de la CUA pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de ses apprenants. Les moyens d\u2019expression vari\u00e9s comprenaient la lecture \u00e0 voix haute de mani\u00e8re ind\u00e9pendante, la lecture entre amis ou l\u2019utilisation d\u2019enregistrements audio. Les \u00e9ducateurs ont organis\u00e9 des t\u00e2ches ind\u00e9pendantes, des exp\u00e9riences en petits groupes et en grand groupe, et utilis\u00e9 des technologies d\u2019assistance pour faire participer les \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Plus important encore, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves pouvaient utiliser la mani\u00e8re de leur choix pour repr\u00e9senter leurs connaissances. Pour encourager l\u2019utilisation de la CUA, les \u00e9ducateurs ont re\u00e7u une liste de v\u00e9rification et un mod\u00e8le de plan de le\u00e7ons pour s\u2019assurer que tous les apprenants \u00e9taient pris en compte dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019apprentissage de l\u2019\u00e9ducation aux choix de carri\u00e8re associ\u00e9 aux livres ou aux le\u00e7ons.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L\u2019apprentissage par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans les \u00e9coles interm\u00e9diaires :<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0Le Nouveau-Brunswick investigue, invente et innove! (I3) Le projet-pilote sur l\u2019\u00e9ducation au choix de carri\u00e8re, con\u00e7u avec Partenariat en \u00c9ducation, a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 dans tout le curriculum dans les \u00e9coles interm\u00e9diaires, et des classes enti\u00e8res ont pu y participer. Selon ce mod\u00e8le d\u2019apprentissage par l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves cernent un probl\u00e8me concret et inventent une solution, puis proc\u00e8dent \u00e0 reculons pour en apprendre davantage sur les carri\u00e8res et les comp\u00e9tences li\u00e9es \u00e0 leurs domaines d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat, plut\u00f4t que sur les titres de poste. Les principes de la CUA ont guid\u00e9 les \u00e9ducateurs pour fournir de multiples moyens de repr\u00e9sentation tels que de la recherche en ligne, des entretiens d\u2019information avec des membres de la communaut\u00e9 et des conf\u00e9renciers invit\u00e9s. De plus, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont utilis\u00e9 de nombreux moyens de participation comme l\u2019apprentissage coop\u00e9ratif, les exercices pratiques en autonomie, les t\u00e2ches ind\u00e9pendantes ou l\u2019utilisation de la technologie.
