Le CERIC fournit une nouvelle trousse \u00e0 outils qui met en \u00e9vidence 10\u202ffa\u00e7ons de permettre aux professionnels du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re (PDC) de s\u2019associer aux employeurs pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 leurs besoins en mati\u00e8re de recrutement, de maintien de l\u2019effectif et de formation. La trousse \u00e0 outils a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e par les PDC, qui travaillent chaque jour avec les employeurs au sein de leurs collectivit\u00e9s.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une compilation qui reprend les conseils de plus de 100\u202fPDC pour aider \u00e0 mobiliser le march\u00e9 du travail local. Cette ressource est le fruit de tables rondes communautaires virtuelles qui se sont tenues avec des professionnels du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re en juin dernier. Les discussions ont port\u00e9 sur cinq th\u00e8mes\u202f: les d\u00e9fis pour les entreprises canadiennes, le recrutement, les \u00e9carts de comp\u00e9tences, les comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel et de carri\u00e8re.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L\u2019objectif de cette trousse \u00e0 outils est de fournir une ressource sommaire pr\u00e9sentant les approches les plus efficaces permettant aux PDC de travailler avec les employeurs. Parmi les 10\u202ffa\u00e7ons de s\u2019associer, citons les propositions n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">o<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202f4 \u00ab\u202fTrouver de nouveaux talents gr\u00e2ce au recrutement non traditionnel\u202f\u00bb ou n<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">o<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u202f9 \u00ab\u202fMettre l\u2019accent sur la fid\u00e9lisation, la mobilisation et le mieux-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s\u202f\u00bb. Les PDC peuvent trouver dans ce document de nouvelles ou de meilleures fa\u00e7ons de soutenir les employeurs ou peuvent les leur proposer directement.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L\u2019objectif est de transmettre des id\u00e9es et de fournir un outil pour sensibiliser les employeurs \u00e0 la valeur du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re ainsi qu\u2019au r\u00f4le et aux services des professionnels du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re. Le sondage men\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des entreprises canadiennes a montr\u00e9 que si 53\u202f% des employeurs connaissent les PDC, seulement 12\u202f% d\u2019entre eux ont travaill\u00e9 avec l\u2019un d\u2019entre eux dans le pass\u00e9.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Le r\u00f4le et les services varient selon le PDC, l\u2019organisation et le secteur (p.\u202fex. l\u2019\u00e9tablissement postsecondaire par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019organisme communautaire ou au cabinet priv\u00e9), alors ce document se veut aussi inclusif et souple que possible. Toute personne est invit\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019utiliser ou \u00e0 en modifier le contenu dans le cadre de son mat\u00e9riel de communication.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">S\u2019appuyant sur ce travail, le CERIC organisera deux autres tables rondes communautaires virtuelles cet automne avec la <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.careerdevelopment.ab.ca\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Career Development Association of Alberta<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> (les inscriptions sont maintenant accept\u00e9es pour la <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.ca\/e\/a-virtual-community-roundtable-on-employer-engagement-from-ceric-and-cdaa-registration-431766524297\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">table ronde <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">du 2\u202fnovembre en <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">Alberta<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">), et avec l\u2019<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.orientation.qc.ca\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Ordre des conseillers et conseill\u00e8res d\u2019orientation du Qu\u00e9bec (OCCOQ)<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eventbrite.ca\/e\/inscription-une-table-ronde-communautaire-virtuelle-sur-lengagement-des-employeurs-449886531727\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">1 decembre en Quebec<\/a>. Les tables rondes permettront de poursuivre ces discussions importantes sur l\u2019engagement envers les employeurs et la contribution des PDC aux strat\u00e9gies relatives \u00e0 la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et au lieu de travail.
