Ensemble, gr\u00e2ce au partage des exp\u00e9riences et des connaissances, les participants apprendront des strat\u00e9gies sur la fa\u00e7on de d\u00e9velopper des espaces s\u00fbrs qui soutiennent et responsabilisent leurs clients. En outre, comme il est tout aussi important de se tourner vers l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur pour examiner comment les histoires de traumatisme des autres pourraient avoir un impact sur les PDC, les Bien que la communaut\u00e9 juive nationale ne repr\u00e9sente que 1 % de la population totale, les crimes de haine contre la communaut\u00e9 juive restent les deuxi\u00e8mes crimes de haine les plus fr\u00e9quemment signal\u00e9s par la police, apr\u00e8s la population noire. Tragiquement, ce type de haine continue de prosp\u00e9rer. Pourtant, les discussions sur l&rsquo;antis\u00e9mitisme sont souvent exclues des formations sur la diversit\u00e9, l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 et l&rsquo;inclusion.\u00a0 <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cette s\u00e9rie gratuite m\u00e8nera des conversations sur l&rsquo;antis\u00e9mitisme afin de mieux \u00e9quiper les praticiens du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re pour qu&rsquo;ils travaillent \u00e0 contrer cette haine et \u00e0 construire des alliances entre les communaut\u00e9s. \u00c0 la fin de la s\u00e9rie, les professionnels du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re comprendront mieux les racines historiques de l&rsquo;antis\u00e9mitisme et les formes qu&rsquo;il prend dans leur r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne.
