Dirig\u00e9e par Marcelline Bangali, professeure \u00e0 l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 Laval, l&rsquo;\u00e9tude en partenariat avec le SOIT et le Centre Louis Jolliet a permis de mieux comprendre les besoins des personnes immigrantes en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et ceux des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s faiblement scolaris\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9sultats de la recherche, enrichis par l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience professionnelle des membres de l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe, ont abouti \u00e0 la conception d&rsquo;une d\u00e9marche d&rsquo;accompagnement bas\u00e9e sur les comp\u00e9tences interculturelles.
