Engag\u00e9 \u00e0 soutenir la cr\u00e9ation de ressources novatrices en orientation professionnelle et en d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re, le CERIC invite les individus et les organisations\u2014y compris ceux des secteurs \u00e9ducatif, communautaire et priv\u00e9\u2014\u00e0 soumettre des propositions de projets.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-18\" data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"997\">Les projets peuvent aborder tout sujet li\u00e9 au d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re o\u00f9 il existe un manque de connaissances, avec une priorit\u00e9 accord\u00e9e aux domaines suivants :<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1357\">\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-19\" data-start=\"999\" data-end=\"1076\">La pratique du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re ayant une incidence sociale et \u00e9conomique<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-20\" data-start=\"1077\" data-end=\"1147\">Incidence des services d\u2019orientation professionnelle sur les politiques et les programmes<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-21\" data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1231\">Nouvelles\u00a0th\u00e9ories de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re et nouveaux mod\u00e8les de services d\u2019orientation professionnelle<\/li>\n<li class=\"ai-optimize-22\" data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1357\">\u00c9tats d\u2019esprit favorables au d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re et le r\u00f4le des professionnels du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re en p\u00e9riode de changement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-23\" data-start=\"1359\" data-end=\"1836\">Quoi de neuf? Le CERIC propose d\u00e9sormais <strong data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1453\">deux p\u00e9riodes d&rsquo;appel \u00e0 propositions chaque ann\u00e9e<\/strong>\u2014l&rsquo;une en hiver\/printemps et l&rsquo;autre en \u00e9t\u00e9\/automne\u2014ainsi qu&rsquo;un processus de candidature simplifi\u00e9. Ce changement vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s en \u00e9tablissant des p\u00e9riodes de soumission d\u00e9finies, permettant une \u00e9valuation \u00e9quitable de toutes les propositions re\u00e7ues. Il vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 optimiser l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience des candidats en fournissant des d\u00e9lais pr\u00e9cis pour l&rsquo;examen des propositions.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-24\" data-start=\"1838\" data-end=\"2134\">Les personnes et organisations int\u00e9ress\u00e9es sont invit\u00e9es \u00e0 en savoir plus sur <a href=\"https:\/\/ceric.ca\/fr\/partenariats\/\">le processus de financement des projets<\/a>. La date limite pour soumettre une candidature compl\u00e8te est <strong>le 19 mars 2025<\/strong>.
