Without taking a step back to consider a client\u2019s unique situation, assessment may simply become an <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">item <\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">on a checklist just waiting to be marked complete, rather than a thoughtful, reflective and empowering client-centred <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">process<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"none\">.
