Les sp\u00e9cialistes de l\u2019orientation professionnelle jouent un r\u00f4le essentiel \u00e0 ce chapitre, car ils peuvent aider leurs clients \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser leur plein potentiel professionnel.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre projet financ\u00e9 par le CERIC, <a href=\"http:\/\/ceric.ca\/fr\/project\/role-des-praticiens-de-lorientation-qui-aident-les-personnes-aux-prises-avec-des-problemes-de-sante-mentale\/\">R\u00f4le des praticiens de l&rsquo;orientation qui aident les personnes aux prises avec des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale<\/a>, a permis de cerner ce qui suit comme faisant partie des principales difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par les chercheurs d\u2019emploi aux prises avec des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un nombre croissant de clients mentionnent des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale comme facteur jouant un r\u00f4le dans leur embauche<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Les clients ne sentent pas que les sp\u00e9cialistes ont les connaissances et les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour les aider<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Les sp\u00e9cialistes comme les clients reconnaissent que la stigmatisation et la discrimination nuisent \u00e0 l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019emploi est une pierre angulaire de l\u2019inclusion sociale. Le taux de ch\u00f4mage des personnes atteintes de troubles mentaux est le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 parmi les personnes ayant un handicap.<\/p>\n<p>Le mat\u00e9riel de formation sera r\u00e9dig\u00e9 \u00e0 partir des conseils d\u2019experts provenant d\u2019organisations phares et de pratiques exemplaires en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 mentale, de soutien par les pairs, de r\u00e9tablissement et d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>Les partenaires du projet d\u2019\u00e9laboration de la trousse sont le CERIC, <a href=\"http:\/\/www2.nscda.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">la Nova Scotia Career Development Association<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cmha.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">l\u2019Association canadienne pour la sant\u00e9 mentale<\/a> \u2013 nationale, R\u00e9adaptation psychosociale Canada, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.workplacestrategiesformentalhealth.com\/index.asp\" target=\"_blank\">le Centre pour la sant\u00e9 mentale en milieu de travail de la Great-West<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mentalhealthcommission.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">la Commission de la sant\u00e9 mentale du Canada<\/a> (en attente d\u2019approbation), <a href=\"http:\/\/www.healthyminds.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\">la Healthy Minds Cooperative et le Consumer Initiative Centre<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Le CERIC <a title=\"Financement\" href=\"\/?page_id=7070\">finance des projets de recherche et de formation en d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re<\/a>.
