{"id":9071,"date":"2014-01-30T18:57:30","date_gmt":"2014-01-30T18:57:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ceric.org\/?p=9071"},"modified":"2014-06-09T16:07:20","modified_gmt":"2014-06-09T16:07:20","slug":"ceric-wraps-up-canadas-career-imperative-roundtables-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ceric.ca\/fr\/2014\/01\/ceric-wraps-up-canadas-career-imperative-roundtables-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Le CERIC conclut les tables rondes sur les Imp\u00e9ratifs Carri\u00e8re au Canada"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En 2013, le CERIC a organis\u00e9 un peu partout au Canada une s\u00e9rie de tables rondes pour discuter de la fa\u00e7on de r\u00e9soudre le dilemme de notre \u00ab inad\u00e9quation des comp\u00e9tences \u00bb, <!--more-->dilemme qui survient lorsque les comp\u00e9tences et les int\u00e9r\u00eats individuels ne correspondent pas aux choix de carri\u00e8res \u00e9mergents ou \u00e0 l\u2019offre imm\u00e9diate des march\u00e9s de l\u2019emploi r\u00e9gionaux.<\/p>\n<p>Intitul\u00e9es \u00ab Imp\u00e9ratifs Carri\u00e8re au Canada \u00bb, ces tables rondes avaient pour but de susciter \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale un d\u00e9bat sur la mani\u00e8re de \u00ab perfectionner, attirer et retenir les employ\u00e9s les plus talentueux \u00bb afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins toujours changeants des march\u00e9s r\u00e9gionaux et mondiaux aux prises avec de nombreuses perturbations, un d\u00e9bat dans lequel le monde des affaires, le milieu de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et les gouvernements ont tous un int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p>Au total, 178 personnes ont particip\u00e9 aux tables rondes qui ont eu lieu \u00e0 Burlington, Toronto, Calgary, Regina, Montr\u00e9al, Vancouver et Moncton. <a title=\"Imp\u00e9ratifs Carri\u00e8re au Canada : Comment r\u00e9soudre le dilemme de l\u2019inad\u00e9quation des comp\u00e9tences?\" href=\"\/?page_id=8125\">Les rapports sur chacune de ces tables rondes r\u00e9gionales<\/a> sont accessibles en ligne (en anglais). Un <a title=\"Imp\u00e9ratifs Carri\u00e8re au Canada : Comment r\u00e9soudre le dilemme de l\u2019inad\u00e9quation des comp\u00e9tences?\" href=\"\/?page_id=8125\">r\u00e9sum\u00e9 national <\/a>souligne les th\u00e8mes les plus souvent abord\u00e9s, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9laboration d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie nationale collaborative sur la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre incluant les employeurs, le milieu de l\u2019\u00e9ducation et les gouvernements<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les employeurs et le milieu de l\u2019\u00e9ducation de collaborer pour cr\u00e9er un lien entre ce que les \u00e9tudiants apprennent et ce dont ils auront besoin dans leurs futurs emplois<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duction de l\u2019inad\u00e9quation entre les employeurs et le milieu de l\u2019\u00e9ducation \u00e0 propos des comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9mystification de l\u2019entrepreneuriat dans le cadre du processus d\u2019\u00e9ducation au choix de carri\u00e8re<\/li>\n<li>Enseignement de techniques de recherche d\u2019emploi plus efficaces au niveau secondaire et postsecondaire<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les employeurs de se montrer moins myopes dans leurs crit\u00e8res de recherche et de se concentrer sur la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019une personne d\u2019apprendre et de nouer des relations avec les autres<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour les employeurs d\u2019att\u00e9nuer les barri\u00e8res num\u00e9riques et les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences<\/li>\n<li>N\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour la culture de l\u2019orientation professionnelle de se rapprocher de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 et de se tenir au courant des comp\u00e9tences les plus recherch\u00e9es et des possibilit\u00e9s du march\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duction de la surabondance d\u2019information pour les chercheurs d\u2019emploi \u2013 et les professionnels du d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re ont un r\u00f4le \u00e0 y jouer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les participants aux tables rondes ont aussi discut\u00e9 de la nature d\u2019une proposition de valeur solide sur les services de d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re qui permettrait aux entreprises et aux gouvernements de les consid\u00e9rer comme un investissement profitable \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du pays. Pour le monde des affaires, les participants ont mentionn\u00e9 que les employeurs seraient plus enclins \u00e0 investir dans le d\u00e9veloppement de carri\u00e8re si l\u2019on trouvait les param\u00e8tres ad\u00e9quats en mati\u00e8re de productivit\u00e9 et de fid\u00e9lisation.
