Entries are being accepted for CERIC’s National Challenge to Promote Career Development. Submit your idea to enhance and promote the image of career development and its professionals in Canada and you could win $5,000.

So far, 14 different ideas have been submitted, ranging from Pop Up Career Centres to a Life Resume Project to a Career Party Bus. You can review the entries, comment or post your own idea!

Surveys show what we already know: Career development, its professionals and their rich contribution to the nation are greatly undervalued – and we want to change this! In recognition of CERIC’s 10th anniversary in 2014, The Counselling Foundation of Canada has provided a grant to create the National Challenge.

The entry period runs until October 11, 2013. Online voting takes place November 4-29, 2013 after our judges have selected the Finalists. The top three entries as voted on by the career development community will win $5,000 each and a free registration to the Cannexus14 National Career Development Conference.
