Shreya Urvashi is the Research Initiatives Officer at CERIC. Her responsibilities include supporting and advancing CERIC’s national research goals, funding priorities and knowledge mobilization efforts. She brings over eight years of experience leading and contributing to research across academic, policy and not-for-profit settings in Canada and India. She holds an MPhil in social sciences (sociology of education) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (Mumbai) as well as an MA in sociology from University of Delhi. In her role at CERIC, Shreya draws on her background in mixed-methods research, program evaluation and research dissemination to help advance evidence-informed practice across the career development field.
