Nancy Dube is currently the Sudbury YMCA Assistant CEO, responsible for YMCA Employment and Newcomer Services, a position she has held since its inception in 1985. YMCA Sudbury has the distinction of being a recipient of the Provincial Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities, Minister’s GOLD Award for Excellence in Service Quality in both 2004 and 2007.
A committed volunteer, Nancy is involved with youth and employment associations both provincially and nationally.
Locally, Nancy has worked with numerous community groups and organizations including the Sudbury/Manitoulin Children’s Aid Society, Community Alliance on Social Issues, Youth Employment Working Group and the United Way. She has been Chairperson of the Sudbury Task Force on Homelessness and Emergency Shelters for several years.
Nancy lives in the small community of Capreol with her husband Brian and their springer spaniel Hunter.
