Tami has over 25 years of HR experience, specializing in recruitment and retention training. She has a diverse blend of multiculturalism, having worked with the Deaf, First Nations and Middle Eastern communities locally and abroad. This gives Tami a comprehensive understanding of workplace dynamics and unique communication skills. By relating to people using a blend of real-life work situations, lots of common sense and some proven international techniques, she help corporations to drive performance and employees to enjoy their job.
On a personal note, she is a very proud mom to three grown children; loves her pets – horses, cats, kittens; and sharing past stories of her ol’ dog, Fluke. She and Jack call the acreage in Okotoks, Alberta home!
