Analise Anderson is currently working towards a Master’s of Arts in Higher Education, focusing on student development. Her research specifically considers whether and how peer advisors in a career centre develop competencies and career clarity. Analise works at a career centre providing leadership to the resume peer advisor team. Previously, Analise worked in Human Resources and has also completed a Master’s of Education in Adult Education with a focus on work and career.
