Liette Goyer, Ph.D., is a Professor of Guidance with the Faculty of Education, Laval University, Quebec City. Her work focuses on career development and the assessment of professional counselling practices. She directs research projects at the Centre de recherche et d’intervention sur l’éducation et la vie au travail (CRIEVAT) and is interested primarily in career counselling and the instruments (programs, tools) used in guidance and in measurement/evaluation. She is a member of the Canadian Research Working Group on Evidence Based Practice in Career Development (CRWG) and took part in a cross-Canada research project on the contribution of career development practices. She is the author of My Career GPS and many publications in career counselling.
