New literature search explores disabilities and career development

March 2, 2015Canada Career Counselling and The Vanier Institute of the Family have extended the survey deadline for their CERIC-funded project on Maternity Leave Career Transitions to March 31, 2015.
The survey is seeking to understand the experiences of women on maternity leave, as well as employer perceptions regarding employees’ transition to and from maternity leave.
Open to both women and employers across Canada, you can provide valuable insight into understanding and improving maternity leave career transitions.

All identifying information will remain confidential and anonymous. The study has been approved by the University of Calgary Conjoint Faculties Research Ethics Board.
