In January 2002, Contact Point entered into a partnership with Société GRICS to set up a site for francophone Canadian career and educational planning counsellors and practitioners. The content of the site will be initially developed and subsequently expanded by the Société GRICS whose expertise in this area is widely recognized and valued. Contact Point users can now view project progress and add their comments and content suggestions here.

We would like to welcome Contact Point’s newest Board members: Marc Verhoeve, Forest Heights Collegiate, Kitchener, ON. and Sherry Knight, Dimension 11 Ltd., Regina, SK. Contact Point continues to strive to represent the sectoral and geographical diversity of the career services communities in Canada. We recently created a new section at Contact Point to house information on Awards of excellence and relevant bursaries for career services professionals such as yourselves.
