As 2025 draws to a close, CERIC is offering career professionals a suite of learning opportunities to reflect, upskill and plan for the year ahead. The initiative includes 16 on-demand webinars, CERIC’s first online course and a limited-time 20% discount on select offerings, available until December 31, 2025. CERIC’s Learning Hub now offers 16 on-demand webinars designed to help career professionals strengthen their skills and advance their practice. Participants can track progress, earn certificates and complete training at their own pace. Featured on-demand webinars include Connecting Career Development and Mental Health, Working with Grief, Shame and Regret, Using Research for Evidence-Informed Career Development Practice, Military to Civilian Transitions, Preparing Post-secondary Students for Career Success, Building Cultural Intelligence to Promote Diversity and Inclusion and Computing Careers in 2025.
New online course: Ignite Motivation
CERIC’s inaugural online course, Ignite Motivation, provides career professionals with practical, evidence-based strategies to enhance client engagement and foster meaningful progress. This 1-hour, self-paced course, designed by Dr. Jason Cressey, is available for $49 and offers actionable techniques to strengthen professional practice.
Upcoming Certificate Program with CASE
CERIC, in partnership with the Canadian Association for Supported Employment (CASE), will offer a 6-week online program – An Intersectional Approach to Supporting Career Development – beginning January 26, 2026. This program equips participants to strengthen their skills in intersectionality, support BIPOC-D jobseekers effectively and apply practical strategies in career development practice.
