Drawing from Canadian and international research, this collection reflects a broad range of settings—from schools and post-secondary institutions to community programs and workplace learning. It includes more than 60 English-language sources.
Key areas of focus include:

- The role of career literacy in improving employability and transitions
- Strategies to support youth and adults in building career confidence
- Connections between literacy, inclusion and access to opportunity
Career literacy is a strategic priority for CERIC, aligned with efforts to promote career development as a public good and to build career mindsets and competencies across the Canadian landscape. This literature search supports the development of evidence-informed programs and policies and serves as a resource for educators, counsellors, researchers and others in the career development field.
