In this milestone 20th anniversary year, the report reflects on two decades of connecting research, learning and community to advance career development in Canada. In their leadership message, Board Chair Meghan Lavallee and Executive Director Kay Castelle underscore CERIC’s commitment to both continuity and transformation in a time of volatility and opportunity.

Hidden Sector, Hidden Talent: Mapping Canada’s Career Development Sector, a first-of-its-kind report offering insight into the scope and potential of the field
Career Development in 2040, a strategic foresight project that explores possible futures of work and careers in Canada
New publications, including Practice Principles: Career Theories and Models at Work and Supporting the Integration of Refugees with Little Formal Education
A national advocacy campaign to promote career development for the public good, featuring the Decent Work Playbook
Expanded bilingual learning opportunities and the certificate program Intersectional Approach to Supporting Career Development
