Barbara Wilson is a career development and learning professional with a 20-year track record working to build human and social capital in great organizations.
Barbara’s career has spanned both the private and non-profit sectors, and has traversed a variety of roles, with a focus on career development, curriculum development, consulting, learning design, program management, and public speaking. In all these roles she has been able to enhance the employee experience and build individual and strategic capability. Barbara is the owner of B. Wilson Consulting, and is pursuing independent work as a career development and transition consultant.
Barbara holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, a Certificate in Training and Development from Ryerson University, and a certificate in Volunteer Management from Humber College.
