After 32 years in secondary school counselling, Marc completed a five-year term as the Executive Director of the Ontario School Counsellors’ Association last year. Since 1979, he has been a training and marketing consultant in the area of career testing for RPP/Sigma Assessment Systems. Marc has published about two dozen articles on career development and testing. Since 1990, he has maintained a part-time private practice as a Careerpathing Consultant.
