Cyrielle Filias is the Lead, Programs, Learning and Development (Bilingual) at CERIC, where she leads the planning and delivery of learning initiatives supporting the career development community across Canada. Her work includes developing CERIC’s Learning Agenda, co-ordinating webinar and course programming, supporting the Learning Hub and Resource Library, identifying audience needs, and building partnerships to create accessible bilingual learning opportunities.
With more than 14 years of experience managing projects in learning and development, marketing, and startups in France and Canada, Cyrielle brings expertise in project management, interestholder engagement, and knowledge mobilization. She holds a certificate in Digital Marketing Management from the University of Toronto and a master’s degree in marketing and innovation from Lyon, France.
