Victoria Froats has combined her formal training as a Behavioural Science Therapist and Career Counsellor to work within the private, public and not-for-profit sectors over the past 15 years. She has developed several career counselling and job search training programs within these sectors and has been an active participant in several organizations including the Co-Chair of the Ontario Alliance of Career Development Practitioners and the Canadian Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. She is presently working at the City of Toronto on the Homelessness Partnership Initiative, as an Employability Specialist.
