June 11, 2014You only have until this Friday to get your proposal in for Cannexus15! We welcome submissions that explore innovative approaches in career development. With 800 delegates expected, this is an excellent opportunity for you to profile your research, promising practice or expertise.
The bilingual Cannexus National Career Development Conference will take place January 26-28 2015 at the Ottawa Convention Centre. Conference delegates can listen to three prominent Canadian keynotes and choose from more than 100 education sessions. Delegates can also deepen their learning by attending the intensive pre-conference or post-conference workshops.
Sessions can take the form of a presentation, roundtable or panel. Several themes have been identified to assist presenters in targeting the content of their sessions, including:
- Effective Career Counselling/Coaching Techniques
- New Technology/Tools/Trends
- Aboriginal Career Development
- Marginalized Client Populations
- Career Education K-12/Post-Secondary
- Employee Recruitment/Engagement
